    Tuck Cotter Pin Tool is to bend cotter pins for castellated nuts. The nuts can be used on airframes or during engine and APU maintenance. The bending method is in accordance with the FAA requirements AC No: 43.13-1B. Richard Celata created the Tuck Cotter Pin Tool in 2008 and filed a patent for the product in 2008. He has since re-engineered it in 2023 and filed two new patents.
