Bristol Airport and Swissport Issue Reasons for Luggage Reclaim Problems

Bristol Airport and Swissport have responded to complaints from frustrated holidaymakers who were forced to wait for hours for their luggage today.

There were huge crowds at the airport’s baggage reclaim area early Sunday morning after long delays to flights coming in.

To compound matters, passengers waited for more than two hours for their baggage to be put on the carousel to be collected. It left many frustrated, and police had to step in to calm the situation down.
