Carl Schultz Appointed as Chief Revenue Officer at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced it has completed its Chief Revenue Officer search for The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission. Carl Schultz will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT).

Mr. Schultz brings a strong background in revenue generation, marketing and brand management, data analysis, conflict resolution and public speaking. Most recently, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer for The New Terminal One at JFK, where he oversaw revenue generation for the $9 billion project. He also established a revenue team from the ground up to ensure the program's long-term success. Previously, he was Director, Airline Business Development for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority where he was responsible for air service development for all Star Alliance carriers. He has also worked for the Houston Airport System, the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority.

Mr. Schultz holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from The Ohio State University and a master’s of business administration in aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
