PAX Feel Neither Loyal To, Nor Valued By Airlines
Don’t you kinda wonder how airline pax feel about airlines after the videos of mistreated customers on TV?
According to an Airlines Brand Perception Study by Brandigo — a global brand strategy and market growth firm — the answer is not good, not good at all.
Here are just a few findings from participating pax on the survey:
- 73.5% feel that airlines view them as a ticket sale
- 12% feel airlines view them as a valuable customer
- 4.6% feel they are viewed as human.
The following are a few comments from customers about airlines:
The airlines...
- Only care about the money
- Treat passengers like crap!
- Are more interested in money than passengers
- Have lost all respect for their customer’s dignity.
There’s more, including changing attitudes toward United.
