The Air Charter Safety Foundation welcomes the Boca Raton, Florida-based aircraft services firm Global Wings LLC as its newest member company.
Derek Damgaard, sales director for Global Wings, noted, “We’re very happy to be a part of the ACSF. As a company, we try our utmost to do our due diligence, especially as it regards aviation safety. By joining the ACSF, not only are we doing all that we can to optimize the safety of our customers, but it’s also a statement about our brand — that Global Wings is, hands-down, a ‘safety-focused’ company.”
The ACSF is a non-profit organization with nearly 250 member companies. Its mission is to lead and support the advancement of the highest safety standards available; to enable the business, charter and fractional ownership industry to offer the safest air transportation products in the world; and to provide objective information about these standards and services to the public.
ACSF President Bryan Burns said, “It greatly pleases us that Global Wings takes a clear strategic approach to its safety profile. We look forward to working with them to establish even higher levels of safety protocols throughout our membership, and our business aviation industry."
