Streamlight Announces New Long-Range Search Light: LiteBox 1Million
Streamlight, Inc. has debuted a new high-performance flashlight designed for long-range use.
The LiteBox 1Million is a rechargeable scene light with a lighter weight and more compact design than similar products, like the HID LiteBox.
Key features of the LiteBox 1Million include:
- 1 million candela output
- 3,300 lumens output on High setting
- Beam distance of more than 1.25 miles
- Articulating head that pivots 135 degrees and rotates 270 degrees
- Three high-power LED lights
- Two 7.2 volt 6.8Ahr Li-Ion battery packs rechargeable up to 500 times
- Deep-dish parabolic reflector
- Four-hour run time on High setting
If used on the Low setting, the light can function for 20 hours and provide 500 lumens and 175,000 candela.
This new flashlight is also compatible with LiteBox accessories and compliant with modern technology standards.
Since it has such intense lighting power, it offers wide peripheral light for scene lighting uses, such as:
- Industrial inspections
- Utility inspections
- Emergency response
- Firefighting
- Perimeter scanning

The LiteBox 1Million measures 12.5 inches in length, 6.8 inches high and weighs 7.0 pounds with battery. It also features:
- Weatherproof, high-impact ABS thermoplastic housing
- Cushioned grip handle
- Reinforced D-rings for attaching the included heavy-duty shoulder strap
- Vehicle Mount System
- Orange color option
The LiteBox 1Million is backed by Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and is available at MSRP between $659.00 to $715.00 depending on the configuration.
