Military Plane Makes Emergency Landing at Bradley International After Engine Issue
A military aircraft landed safely at the Bradley International Airport after experiencing an engine issue Monday morning, according to the Connecticut Airport Authority.
The CAA confirmed a C-130 aircraft landed safely at Bradley at around 11:15 a.m. Monday morning after reporting an issue. IAFF Local S-15 State Firefighters union said the fourth engine of the C-130 was out before it landed, according to a social media post.
The landing did not have an impact on airport operations, according to the CAA.
The Connecticut Air National Guard could not be reached for comment.
