FBO Members of The Paragon Network continued their rankings in the annual AIN FBO Survey areas of Line Service, Passenger Amenities, Pilot Amenities, Facilities, and CSRs. For 2021, AIN FBO Survey readers gave Paragon Network FBO Memberstop marks in over 25 categories. Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) and Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) took the highest honors with being selected as the top 5 percent of FBOs in the Americas. Business Jet Center (KDAL) and Fargo Jet Center (KFAR) ranked in the top 10 percent while Ross Aviation (KLGB), National Jets (KFLL), and Ross Aviation/Rectrix (KSRQ) were recognized in the top 20 percent. Ross Aviation (KTRM) was listed as one of the “Most Improved FBOs” with a 12 percent improvement over last year.
Several other Paragon members were recognized among the best FBOs regionally including: Business Jet Center (KDAL), Clay Lacy (KVNY), DuPage Flight Center (KDPA), ExecuJet St. Maarten (TNCM), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC & KTME), Modern Aviation (KBFI), National Jets (KFLL), Odyssey Aviation (MYNN), Premier Jet Center (KFCM), Ross Aviation (KLGB, KSDL, KTRM, & PANC), Ross Aviation/Rectrix (KBED & KSRQ), and Silverhawk Aviation (KLNK).
AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific FBO employees who consistently go above and beyond. Aaron Pedersen – Premier Jet Center (KFCM), Alexsandra Camargo – Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Ysabella Tetley – Henriksen Jet Center (KTME), and Yulyanna Silva – Business Jet Center (KDAL) all received accolades for their outstanding performance in their profession.
