Jan. 8, 2019

New dining options have landed in the newly opened Terminal 3 South Concourse and Terminal Processor (post-security lobby area) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Global restaurateur HMSHost, in partnership with KIND Hospitality, Inc. and Emerging Domestic Market Ventures, LLC, unveiled the line-up of food and beverage locations that are part of Sky Harbor’s Terminal 3 Modernization Program.

“We’re thrilled to ring in the New Year by welcoming travelers with a new, enhanced dining experience of local and national favorites in the modernized Terminal 3,” said HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas. “HMSHost and our restaurant partners are honored to be a part of Sky Harbor’s growth and modernization and excited to continue evolving the dining choices with the most in-demand and on-trend flavors.”

The new food and beverage openings greeting travelers in Terminal 3 include:

Starbucks – two new stores not only offer travelers their favorite Starbucks® beverages and food, but are designed with inspiration from the Phoenix skyline and surrounding mountains.

The Parlor – this local restaurant was voted No. 1 by the Food Network for their artisan pizza and handmade pastas. Now, Sky Harbor travelers can enjoy made in house pasta such as the Pecorino Tagliatelle with speck, grilled radicchio, pecorino crema or the gluten-free Spaghetti featuring eggplant, tomato, basil, and ricotta salata. Travelers can enjoy The Parlor’s pizzas including The Calabrian with spicy calabrese salumi, burrata, and watercress. Early morning travelers won’t miss out as they can enjoy signature items such as the wood-fired pancake with stone fruit jam and rosemary maple syrup. Other menu highlights include a selection of antipasti such as the Cauliflower Gratinata or a variety of salads including the Roasted Beet featuring organic beets, walnut crusted goat cheese, arugula, fennel, avocado, gastrique onion, and white balsamic vinaigrette.

SanTan Brewing – Arizona’s award-winning brewery opened as a full-service restaurant and bar in the airport’s new Terminal 3 South Concourse. This is the first airport location for Arizona’s largest brewery that first opened the doors of its original brewpub in the heart of Historic Downtown Chandler in 2017. Now, local and Sky Harbor visitors alike can enjoy the selection of SanTan Brewing’s award-winning craft beers, including a rotation of seasonal specials. To complement SanTan Brewing’s signature beers, travelers can feast on all-day culinary creations featuring some of the brewery’s favorite craft food. Travelers with an early morning flight are greeted with the brewpub’s breakfast selections while travelers in a hurry can enjoy a quick-service to-go counter where they can easily pick-up food and drinks on the way to their flight.

HMSHost also debuted the PHX Food Hall in Terminal 3. This new open and inviting space includes:

Shake Shack – a critically acclaimed, modern-day “roadside” burger stand known for its 100 percent all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches and griddled flat-top dogs (no hormones or antibiotics – ever), fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle-cut fries, craft beer, wine and more.

Mustache Pretzels – travelers can enjoy its mustache-shaped pretzels and dips that this food truck has become known for throughout the Phoenix region. The Original is hand-rolled and scratch-baked from locally grown, non-GMO flour, but travelers can also enjoy specialty pretzels such as The Nutstache with salted caramel and topped with a blend of crushed peanuts, walnuts, almonds, and filberts.

Panera Bread – Phoenix travelers can enjoy its well-known menu of soups, salads, sandwiches and more.
