ADB SAFEGATE Earns Triple Recognition in 2025 Airport Technology Excellence Awards
ADB SAFEGATE has been named a three-category winner in the 2025 Airport Technology Excellence Awards, securing honors for Marketing Excellence, R&D innovation, and Social Impact. The recognition highlights the company’s expanding role in advancing digital transformation, modernizing airfield infrastructure, and supporting community-based educational initiatives.
The annual awards program, organized by GlobalData, identifies organizations shaping aviation’s next era. This year’s selections showcase ADB SAFEGATE’s ability to translate complex technological advancements into tangible operational benefits for airports worldwide.
The company received the Marketing Excellence award for its strategic launch of Airside 4.0®, a digitally integrated approach to coordinating airfield, gate, tower, terminal, and weather operations. A visually driven “Harmony” campaign helped simplify the concept for a global audience, generating significantly above-average engagement and demonstrating how clear storytelling can accelerate industry adoption of advanced airport technologies.
ADB SAFEGATE was also honored for its R&D work in Intelligent Infrastructure following the deployment of 5G-enabled elevated runway lights at Antwerp Airport.
