She also plays a national leadership role as co-chair of AAAE’s Emergency Management Working Group and as a member of Airports Council International’s global business continuity committee. Her influence extends into mentorship and education, serving on the leadership board at Tarleton State University and publishing thought leadership in industry outlets.

Lane credits her career trajectory to early experiences on a crisis response team, where she saw firsthand the need for strong resilience frameworks.

Looking ahead, she is focused on building a more resilient, inclusive, and forward-thinking aviation ecosystem that can thrive through disruption and deliver a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future.
