TrafFix Devices to Highlight Safety Solutions at 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo
TrafFix Devices, a manufacturer and supplier of traffic control devices and crash attenuation products, will highlight its range of new products at the NSC Safety Congress & Expo, September 16th through 18th, 2025, in Denver, CO.
At Booth #4512, TrafFix Devices will display the Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System and the Water Wall, two of its next-generation safety solutions.
The Block Axess is a hostile vehicle mitigation system that protects pedestrians and infrastructure from vehicle-based threats. A user can assemble this system in 14 minutes, making it an efficient and rapid solution for event security and urban protection.
Constructed from galvanized steel, the Block Axess enhances security without disrupting pedestrian access. It has been certified to resist vehicles up to 7.5 tons traveling at 30 mph, meeting the following standards:
- ASTM F2656 - M30/P3
- IWA14-1
- PAS68
The Water Wall is a channelizing device that guides traffic through temporary construction sites and work zones. With a low-profile design, these barriers separate the flow of traffic and work areas both visually and physically.
Additionally, the Water Wall is able to connect directly to the SLED end treatment, with no need for shielding or flaring at barrier ends. Users can equip the device with chain-link fencing using extended connection pins, offering more security and privacy.
Device’s Water Wall is especially helpful for protection in airport environments. During special events or peak travel times, it manages passenger flow and organizes queuing areas.
When maintenance or repairs are underway on runways, taxiways or other airport infrastructure, these longitudinal channelizing devices separate work zones from active areas.
