EPCOR recently announced the signing of a long-term support agreement with Mexican cargo airline mas covering APU support for the airline’s Airbus A330 fleet.

Under the five-year agreement, EPCOR will provide APU support for five aircraft featuring GTCP331-350 APUs. This support includes:

• Maintenance for APU shop visits
• Leasing for replacement APUs
• APU engineering support
• Prognos for APU

Prognos for APU is a predictive maintenance solution that aims to make maintenance planning more efficient.

Customized to mas’s operational needs, these services give the airline more flexibility in managing APU requirements and ensure reliability and high performance for A330 aircraft.

The agreement aligns with plans from mas to expand international cargo operations and add more aircraft to its fleet while ensuring optimal availability and performance.

EPCOR Managing Director Heidi Haveman said, “Over the past years, we have built a strong understanding of mas’s operational needs and how we can best support them.”

Haveman continued, “Together, we have shaped the workscope around their preferences, while the flexibility of the lease solution provides room to adapt as their operational needs evolve.”
