AAR Debuts AI-Powered Procurement Platform for MROs and Airlines: Airvoyant
AAR CORP. has officially launched Airvoyant, a cutting-edge platform for aviation procurement powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
The Airvoyant platform is designed to benefit MROs and airlines by automating the process of parts sourcing and enabling intelligent procurement through integrations with Trax and other ERP systems.
The new platform that makes it easer to:
- Connect suppliers with buyers
- Search available inventory
- Request and consolidate quotes
- Engage in one-click purchasing decisions
- Optimize sourcing decisions
- Get better visibility into lead times
- Strengthen supply chain planning
- Reduce costs related to parts spend
Airvoyant is the third company to join AAR’s aviation software portfolio, following the acquisition of Aerostrat and Trax.
Since Airvoyant is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), it can integrate with the Aeroxchange network of suppliers, which encompasses more than 5,000.
This gives Airvoyant the ability to:
- Process requests in real time
- Integrate with enterprise systems
- Learn continuously across AI agents
The platform also uses AI agents that enable autonomous ordering by analyzing quotes from suppliers and providing purchase recommendations based on procurement data like:
- Prior transactions
- Pricing patterns
- Supplier performance
Airvoyant has plans to add more AI agents to the platform in 2026, which will focus on:
- Automated negotiation
- Demand consolidation
- Vendor optimization
AAR’s Chairman, President and CEO John M. Holmes said, “AAR continues to invest in our transformative software platforms to bring increased efficiency to all corners of the aviation industry.”

AAR is collaborating with launch partners and advisors helping to develop Airvoyant and its usefulness for MROs, such as:

Air Canada and Delta Airlines are also collaborating as subject matter experts, offering early-stage advice based on real operational perspectives.
