AerSale Enhances Service Offerings with New Aerostructures MRO Facility

The new facility spans nearly 90,000 square feet in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, allowing for upgrades like new equipment, a heating oven, a paint booth and a sanding booth.

AerSale Corporation has officially opened its new Aerostructures MRO facility in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, adding more capacity and expanding service capabilities.

The new facility spans nearly 90,000 square feet—around three times the size of the company’s previous MRO location in Medley, Florida. It’s located between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

AerSale’s new MRO facility contains new infrastructure upgrades like:

  • Heating oven
  • Paint booth
  • Sanding booth
  • Upgraded equipment

With these upgrades, the facility can service structures like:

  • Boeing 777 airframe components
  • Airbus A330 airframe components
  • G390 nacelles and thrust reversers
  • Rolls-Royce Trent engine nacelles and thrust reversers
