Engine Assurance Program (EAP) has added two new engines to its hourly engine maintenance program: the PW535E/E1 and the Tay 611-8C.

Pratt & Whitney’s PW535E/E1 is used to power Phenom 300/300E aircraft.

Rolls-Royce’s Tay 611-8C typically powers the Gulfstream 450.

These engines being added to EAP’s program enhance its services, which include benefits like:

  • Large rental engine pool
  • Extensive spare parts inventory
  • Responsive service

“When EAP began 10 years ago, it covered several variants of the TFE731. Today, we cover all variants of the TFE731 plus numerous General Electric, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell and Rolls-Royce engines,” said Sean Lynch, EAP managing director.

Lynch continued, “In fact, we just celebrated the 350th engine/APU enrollment to our program due to the ongoing expansion of our coverage.”

“EAP clients also benefit from access to the RAPID TEAM,” Lynch added, “Our commitment to rapid AOG response sets us apart. Technicians are dispatched—to the greatest extent possible—already equipped with the known needed parts. This proactive approach enables operators to return to flight faster.”

“With EAP, you may only need one program for your engine coverage needs versus dealing with multiple different OEM programs. That saves customers time and effort,” noted Lynch.

He concluded, “By not being affiliated with an OEM, we’re agnostic. We can be your single resource for all your engines and APUs.”
