Liberty Hall Capital Partners announced that it has sold Aircraft Performance Group, LLC (“APG”), a leading global provider of proprietary flight operations software solutions to the aftermarket of the global aerospace industry, to technology holding company AFV Partners LLC (“AFV Partners”). Terms of the transaction, which closed on Jan. 3 were not disclosed.
