StandardAero Awarded Contract for U.S. Army GTCP36-50H Auxiliary Power Unit MRO Services

Maryville, Tennessee, December 21, 2006 – StandardAero announces that it has been selected to provide Honeywell GTCP36-50H engine overhaul services to the Letterkenny Army Depot in support of its Service Life Extension (SLEP) program for the MEP-360 Aviation Ground Power Unit. The total contract award is estimated to be $12 million. The contract is a firm fixed-priced, requirements contract with a one-year base period plus three option years commencing December 2006.

StandardAero has serviced Honeywell GTCP36 & 85 series APUs since 1997 at its facility in Maryville, TN. Since the inception of the APU program, Standard Aero has delivered over 2,600 APUs and is now a leading provider of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for the GTCP36 series APUs to regional airlines in North America and Europe.
