Eagle Aviation Hires Pratt & Whitney on MSAs

Designer and manufacturer of aircraft engines Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp (NYSE:UTX), announced on Friday (23 February) that the company has been awarded two exclusive Global Service Partners (GSP) Maintenance Service Agreements (MSAs) by Eagle Aviation based in France.

The company said that the first MSA is an exclusive two-year agreement for the maintenance and overhaul of Eagle Aviation's four PW4158 engines. The second MSA is a four-year exclusive agreement for the maintenance and overhaul of Eagle Aviation's four PW2040 engines.

In addition Eagle Aviation selected Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners, a total service provider of CFM56, V2500 and Pratt & Whitney engines,as its service provider of choice for their engine health monitoring service for the term of the two agreements.

Financial terms of the two MSAs were not available.
