Western Global, a leading provider of portable tanks and dispensing equipment for the storage and handling of fuels, lubricants and other fluids, announces the addition of Jim Davis as the national accounts manager for the Southern region of its newly developed rental and equipment division. Davis brings 25 years of construction and industrial industry experience to the role, and will focus on supporting and growing the national accounts within the equipment rental channel.
The addition of Davis to the rental and equipment division demonstrates the company’s commitment to the equipment rental channel. With extensive experience in the rental segment, Davis will focus on increasing national account penetration through his broad network of relationships with the regional fleet management teams — within his assigned accounts — across the southern US region.
“Jim has successfully supported the rental channel in his previous positions, and we’re happy to have him on board,” said John Cleary, Western Global North American national sales manager for the rental and equipment division. “Our rental customers know and respect him. They count on him to provide the level of service and support that they require to be successful. He’s a great addition to the team.”
Prior to joining Western Global, Davis spent 15 years at Wacker Neuson as key accounts manager. His responsibilities included maintaining relationships at the fleet level for multiple strategic national accounts. Before becoming key accounts manager, he spent eight years in a variety of other roles at Wacker Neuson, including district manager.

Davis attended North Carolina State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business. He holds multiple sales awards from previous positions, including the All Pro and Top Gun awards with Wacker Neuson.
Davis is based out of Corryton, Tennessee.
