GSE Expo Europe 2026 Heads to Lisbon With Focus on Fleet Technology and Innovation

GSE Expo Europe returns Sept. 15-17 at FIL in Lisbon, Portugal, bringing ground support equipment manufacturers, suppliers and operators together for three days of equipment displays, demonstrations and industry discussion.
Organized by IAEMA and Ground Handling International, the 2026 event will use both Pavilion 4 at Feira Internacional de Lisboa and the outdoor Sony Square exhibition area. Nearly 200 companies are currently listed in the show’s exhibitor directory, representing GSE manufacturers and suppliers from around the world.
Technology shaping the future of ground operations will be a prominent part of this year’s event. Three dedicated feature zones will focus on Winter Operations, Fleet Management and Autonomous equipment, with interactive roundtable discussions planned throughout the show.
The Fleet Management Zone will explore areas including telematics, data capture, maintenance management, fuel and battery management, inventory and spare parts, driver behavior tracking and fleet automation. Discussions will focus on helping operators improve GSE availability and ensure equipment is positioned and ready when needed.
Autonomous GSE will receive its own dedicated area, including a Demo Zone where attendees can see driverless and automated equipment operating live. Suppliers will also discuss the potential for automation to improve fleet safety, efficiency and sustainability.
The Winter Operations Zone will showcase equipment, technologies and services aimed at preparing airports, airlines and ground handlers for severe weather and seasonal operating demands.
The exhibition itself will cover a broad range of traditional and emerging GSE technologies, from aircraft tractors, belt loaders and passenger boarding equipment to batteries, charging systems, telematics, fleet management platforms and other ground operations technology.
GSE Expo Europe will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 15-16 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 17.
