A family was taken back when they arrived in Dublin, but their luggage was nowhere in sight. Not only was their luggage missing, but the remains of their parents ashes were also packed in the bags that did not arrive. 

Bob Gilmour traveled to the UK to spread the ashes of his parents in their birth place. However, he arrived in Dublin and the remains of his parents did not.
