Aviation Handling Services (AHS) at Amman Airport in Jordan has been awarded new three-year handling contracts with Tailwind, Norwegian and DHL, their first freighter customer.

AHS will provide cargo handling services to DHL and a full range of ground handling services to Norwegian and Tailwind, including passenger and ramp handling.

Eric Caes, Director of Airline Handling and Performance MEA for DHL contacted AHS to express his thanks, saying: “Thanks for the successful start and teamwork with the DHL team on the ground in Jordan.”

Ferdinando Trella, General Manager AHS Amman, said: “We’re very proud to welcome DHL, Tailwind and Norwegian and include them among our esteemed customers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with these new routes. It is a great opportunity to further expand our operations at Queen Alia International Airport.”
