Spirit Airlines Adding Cancun Flights, More, Out of Cleveland

Spirit Airlines is adding flights this year to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, including offering non-stop service four times a week starting Feb. 14 to and from Cancun, Mexico.

Spirit also will have two daily flights from Hopkins starting April 22 to Las Vegas and up to two daily seasonal flights starting this summer to Myrtle Beach, the Florida-based airline announced Thursday. Spirit has been at Hopkins since January 2015.

Spirit will also add daily flights this year at Hopkins to/from Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Las Vegas and Myrtle Beach, and upgrade flights to and from Tampa from seasonal to year-round.

With these changes, Spirit will have 14 daily departures to 12 cities from Hopkins by the middle of 2020.
