As the business aviation community convenes in Geneva for EBACE2025, Avfuel is making a notable impact—not just with its robust presence on the show floor, but also with its thought leadership on two of the industry’s most pressing topics: the future of aviation infrastructure and sustainable fuel innovation.

Two of Avfuel’s senior leaders are taking the stage to share expert insight on the evolution of business aviation. C.R. Sincock, II, executive vice president, will speak on Wednesday, May 21, at 11:20 a.m. on the Flight Daily News Live Stage in a panel discussion titled “The Business Aviation Airport of the Future.” The session will examine what the next generation of business aviation hubs might look like—from advanced SAF integration and all-hours aircraft access to elevated passenger experiences and innovative FBO operations.

“Business aviation has an incredible opportunity to reimagine the airport experience in ways that are smarter, greener and more customer-centric,” said Sincock. “At Avfuel, we’re focused on helping our partners prepare for that future through sustainable solutions and operational excellence.”

On Thursday, May 22, at 10:00 a.m., Keith Sawyer, Avfuel’s manager of alternative fuels, will join a panel on the Innovation & Sustainability Stage titled “Talking SAF: Production, Market Access, and Acceleration.” With SAF mandates in the EU moving from concept to compliance, the panel will explore how the industry can ramp up production, build out infrastructure and overcome regulatory and logistical hurdles to meet—and exceed—ambitious goals.

Avfuel is uniquely qualified to contribute to these conversations as a leading supplier of SAF to business aviation operations. To date, Avfuel offers consistent supply of SAF molecules at 57 airport/FBO locations globally, in addition to a robust book and claim program managed in house for SAF transactions anywhere at any time.

“EBACE is an ideal platform to share strategies and accelerate collaboration,” said Joel Hirst, senior vice president of sales. “Avfuel’s leadership in SAF, paired with our unmatched fueling network and customized programs, makes us a valuable partner for operators navigating this evolving energy landscape.”

Throughout the show, attendees can connect with Avfuel’s team—including executives and experts in sales, marketing, sustainability and commercial fuel—at Booth 985. The booth will also feature eight co-exhibiting FBO partner companies, showcasing a global network of aviation service excellence. They include: Avflight, Banyan Air Service, Castle & Cooke Aviation, Duncan Aviation, Fargo Jet Center, Premier Jet Center, Overland Aviation and Sheltair Aviation.

To further foster connections, Avfuel invites showgoers to a Champagne Mingle on Wednesday, May 21, from 2 – 4 p.m. in its booth. Sponsored by Duncan Aviation, the reception offers a relaxed setting to engage with aviation professionals, FBO partners and members of the Avfuel team.
