Las Vegas, NV – ATG crowned the winners of the 2019 Aero Skill Tournament, Season III at the Aero Skills National Finals that took place in Las Vegas Feb 22nd & 23rd. On Saturday, competitors fabricated their projects based on the engineering drawings in a timed environment at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance. Three highly experienced inspectors checked their work and assigned points for quality. On Sunday, the competitors came to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to build their projects in front of 100s of fans working head to head in a highly charged atmosphere. With the noise of US Air Force Jets flying overhead, NASCAR engines roaring and the cheers of the crowd, the Aero Skills competitors worked feverishly, head to head to finish first in time while still adhering to the high-quality standards.
