Growing Las Vegas area flight school brings instructor total to 13 and acquires two new aircraft.

All In Aviation (AIA), Southern Nevada’s premier flight school and full-service aviation company, announces the hiring of six additional certified flight instructors (CFI), Luke Swain, Steve Booth, Cameron Braaten, Jacob Norberg, Sean Eichinger, and Dayton Kurian, to its roster of 10 full time private pilot educators; as well as the expansion of its fleet with two new aircraft.

“We are in a new era of enthusiasm for aviation due to career opportunities from the pilot shortage and people wanting to take control of their own travel,” said Paul Sallach, president of All In Aviation. “Throughout the pandemic, we’ve experienced a surge in flight training with our instructors tripling billable hours. By hiring additional CFI’s and expanding our fleet with the newest aircraft models, we can continue to meet student demand and provide them with the ability to learn using the best equipment in the industry.

Luke Swain A veteran of the U.S. Army, Swain attended Southern New Hampshire University and later relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Swain completed his aviation education at the AeroGuard Flight Training Center where he gained experience operating a variety of instruments including technically advanced airplanes and helicopters.

An aviation enthusiast, Booth was a flight attendant and base manager with various airlines prior to becoming a private pilot and flight instructor.

Cameron Braaten – Braaten earned a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Flight Science from the Western Michigan University (WMU), the third largest collegiate aviation program in the U.S. An athlete at heart, Braaten walked-on to WMU’s football team as a kicker/punter in 2018, eventually trading in his cleats and status to make aviation his main priority and focus on achieving his dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot.

Jacob Norberg –  After graduating from Rancho High School’s Academy of Aviation, the only public high school aviation program in the Clark County School District and one of only a handful in the U.S., Norberg attended Southern Utah University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in aviation sciences. Following graduation, Norberg returned to Southern Nevada to officially start his aviation career with All In Aviation

Sean Eichinger – A graduate of the University of Montana Western, Eichinger holds ratings and flight instructor certifications for single engine aircraft and instruments (CFI/CFII). With a long-term goal of working as a pilot for a major commercial airline, Eichinger plans to pursue his Gold Seal CFI.

Dayton Kurian – Prior to pursuing a career in aviation, Kurian was a heavy equipment operator for a titanium manufacturing plant in Las Vegas. In March 2021, Kurian relocated to Ogden, Utah where he attended ATP Flight School full time, fast-tracking his aviation education to earn his private pilot license (PPL), commercial pilot license for single- and multi-engine planes (CPLSE/CPLSME), instrument rating (IR) and certified flight instructor certifications (CFI/CFII/MEI) in less than nine months.
