Our leading flight hours fleet operator, with OEM aluminum spinners, was experiencing life cycles as low as 200 to 300 flight hours between repairs or replacement. After installing several ATAD Spinner Assemblies throughout their fleet, they have increased flight hours, and mitigated AOG previously caused by their former aluminum spinners.

For the fleet operator, just one of the new composite spinner assemblies alone has accumulated approximately 8,000 flight hours in service.
