At Charleston’s Yeager Airport, contractors are moving dirt while the sun shines in an effort to complete four projects totaling more than $35 million in contracts during the current construction season.
Barring extended periods of foul weather, all of the projects could be finished by the end of August, according to Terry Sayre, Yeager Airport’s director.
