Ottawa, Canada (December 3rd, 2013) – At the end of November, Mxi® Technologies hosted the semi-annual Mxi Executive Summit with leadership delegations attending from across their customer community. The event, chaired by Qantas and targeted at discussing the future of the aviation industry, establishing best practices, and identifying product strategies, gathered customer representatives from the airline, defense, and OEM industries for a two-day dialogue at Mxi corporate headquarters in Ottawa.

In addition to providing a platform for knowledge exchange among aviation Maintenance and Engineering executives, the summit tabled several topics of interest to the broader Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) community. Aligning with what the group identified as key priorities and operational success factors, the November event addressed topics related to benefits realization, scalability, end-user training, integrations, and support.

“The executive summit allows us to gather insight into the operations and business priorities of our customers, which feeds directly into our ongoing product strategy,” says Dave Curley, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Mxi Technologies. “To be able to host a group so representative of the aviation industry and to feed that direction into our development process is an invaluable asset that has ensured Maintenix represents a truly targeted product focused on managing the business of aviation maintenance.”
