eSage Provides Online Parts Ordering

eSage is the online ordering system from Sage Parts that allows customers to order parts from anywhere in the world - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The eSage website is also mobile friendly. The site will automatically adjust to the screen size of the device being used, whether an Android or Apple product.

There are multiple features of eSage such as access to the world’s largest on-hand inventory of GSE parts, ability for customers to save favorites, and eSage App. The advanced search engine feature within eSage helps users to quickly find what they are looking for. Users can search by: name, part number, description, or by where the part is used. 

Product information available on eSage includes detailed images, features and specifications, related products, and real-time inventories. eSage is linked directly to Sage Parts’ network of warehouse facilities – located worldwide, so orders can be processed with advanced service.

Customers can check the status of an order, view product specials, create quotes, and setup favorites. Returning customers can review previous orders and invoices and check status of backordered products.

eSage Mobile

eSage Mobile is the application for mobile devices: mobile smart phones and tablets. It is available in the Google Play store and the Apple app store. eSage Mobile app makes use of the same advanced search engine built into the eSage website to allow customers to quickly find and order the parts the user is looking for.

One of the features of the eSage Mobile app is the use of the smart phone’s camera to scan a barcode of an item to do a part search. The app also allows for the user to view part images, customer catalogs, and the customer’s favorites. There are additional features that currently in development and will be released later in 2018.
