Interjet Launches New Service Between Chicago and Guadalajara

Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) announces that Mexico-based, low-cost carrier Interjet between Guadalajara, beginning on Feb. 16.

Interjet now offers daily nonstop service between Chicago and Mexico City, Mexico.

The Chicago-Guadalajara route offers one daily, non-stop flight, operated on an Airbus A-320 aircraft with a 150-seat capacity.

"We are happy to welcome Interjet's new route to O'Hare International Airport," said Ginger S. Evans, CDA Commissioner. "Interjet's low-cost service to Guadalajara will offer more options for O'Hare travelers more choices.The CDA is always pleased to see its airline partners grow their product and services in Chicago.
