MJ Promotes John Mafera to Director of Aviation

With nearly three decades of experience in the aviation industry, Mafera has been a vital contributor to MJ’s growth and leadership in airport planning, design, and development across the country. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has consistently demonstrated technical excellence, strategic vision, inspirational leadership, and a deep commitment to client success.

In his new role as Director of Aviation, Mafera will lead MJ’s national aviation practice, overseeing a diverse portfolio of airport infrastructure projects and advancing the firm’s mission to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions to our aviation clients nationwide.
