Molly Statler has built her career at the intersection of business development, leadership, and aviation advocacy. As Director of Business Development at PGAL, she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s national aviation portfolio, spearheading pursuits that secured major projects at Washington Dulles International, Ronald Reagan Washington National, and Newark Liberty International. With over a decade at PGAL, she has steadily advanced into a leadership role where she influences both the direction of her firm and the broader aviation community.

Her industry impact is equally significant through her work with professional organizations. At the American Association of Airport Executives, she co-chaired the Young Professionals Committee, transforming it into a formally recognized group, doubling its membership, and launching initiatives such as the Emerging Leaders Conference and Young Professional Travel Grants. At the Airport Consultants Council, she has held multiple leadership roles, including Chair of the Young Professionals Forum, where she strengthened branding, programming, and regional networking opportunities. These efforts reflect her ability to connect professionals across the industry while elevating opportunities for the next generation.

Colleagues describe her as a creative thinker who blends her marketing background with a deep understanding of aviation challenges. She brings fresh ideas to every conversation, helping her teams and peers translate complex goals into actionable strategies. For Statler, leadership is less about recognition and more about cultivating lasting connections, encouraging collaboration, and investing in the future of aviation. Through her work, she continues to set an example of professional excellence and forward-looking vision.

In one word, what motivates you most in your aviation career?
