New Warehouse Park is on the Way at DFW Airport
Atlanta-based developer Seefried Industrial Properties is teaming up with Clarion Partners LLC to build a new business park near DFW International Airport.
The DFW Airfield Logistics Center will have two industrial buildings with 356,518 square feet.
The 31-acre business campus is being built at the southwest corner of East Glade Road and Airfield Drive.
The speculative warehouse project has 145,878 square-foot and 210,640 square-foot buildings and will open in mid 2020.
The North Texas project is the latest of several Seefried has done in partnership with Clarion.
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to develop buildings at DFW Airport again," Jonathan Stites, Senior Vice President of Seefried Industrial, said in a statement. "Seefried has successfully developed several million square feet of space with Clarion Partners over the last 10 years, and we look forward to Airfield Logistics Center being the next successful venture in that relationship."
Pross Design Group Inc is the architect for the project and FA Peinado LLC is the general contractor.
The D-FW area is one of the country's top industrial building markets with more than 20 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space under construction.
Seefried Properties has built more than $6 billion in projects and has regional offices in Los Angeles, D-FW, Chicago and Phoenix.
