Bringing years of aviation experience to the table, Susan’s role as Client Services Manager will be to lead the team in marketing and inside sales. Susan’s aviation journey began by obtaining her FAA Aircraft Dispatch license while at Lewis University. Her former roles include aircraft scheduling, business development, and outside sales. She is a strong advocate for mentoring aviation students. Her current volunteer work includes NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) Local and Regional Committee member and Social media committee chair for CABAA (Chicago Area Business Aviation Association). She also holds the rewarding title of Mom.
