A plane crash in Utah early Sunday morning left two men dead, authorities said.
Officials have not determined what caused the crash, which saw the plane collide with a tower-like structure near Cedar City, according to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office said, according to local news station KUTV.
The crash occurred at around 8:30 a.m.
The plane had been making way toward the Cedar City Regional Airport in southwest Utah after departing from the Strawberry Valley Estates Airport in Alton.
Both of the people who died in the crash were aboard the single-engine plane, Salk Lake City news station KSL reported.
Authorities have not released any information about the victims.
