Reynolds Technical Services Highlights MRO Milestones After Part 145 Certification
Reynolds Technical Services (RTS) recently announced expansions to its Capabilities List, including Cessna CJ2 maintenance and support for Part 135 operators.
The newest MRO milestones at RTS follow the company’s recent certification as an FAA Part 145 Repair Station.
When RTS first started operations at Cincinnati Municipal Airport/Lunken Field (KLUK), the maintenance provider oversaw MRO only for the internal fleet and managed aircraft operations at Reynolds Jet.
After receiving Part 145 certification earlier in 2026, RTS can now serve external aircraft operators and owners through:
- Maintenance
- Inspection
- Repair
Since being certified, RTS has provided aircraft MRO for a variety of new customers and has added new capabilities like Cessna CJ2 and Part 135 operator support.
Currently, RTS has airframe and engine ratings for aircraft like:
- Challenger 604
- Challenger 300
- Hawker 400XP
- Hawker 800XP
- Citation Sovereign 680
- Cessna CJ2
- Gulfstream 150
Vice President of Maintenance/Accountable Manager for Reynolds Jet and RTS John Carter said, “As an operator, Reynolds Jet found there was a lack of high-quality business jet maintenance providers in the area, so we developed our own solution.”
Carter continued, “Our technicians have extensive experience across a broad range of business jet makes and models, including scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and AOG support.”
“As a 145 Repair Station, we are able to meet the operational need for an experienced maintenance organization located here in the Cincinnati area,” added Carter, “We offer the highest level of operator-driven, hands -on expertise that few other MROs can provide.”
Carter concluded, “We are positioned to fill the need for local aviation maintenance services, while supporting the broader initiative of strengthening the local and regional aerospace sector and contributing to long-term economic development.”
