Banyan Air Service (Banyan) has received certification as a Nigerian Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), adding more global maintenance capabilities and expanding the company’s ability to support aircraft operators in Africa.

The NCAA approval authorizes Banyan to provide maintenance for aircraft registered in Nigeria, extending the company’s relationship with the region.

Banyan has been supporting humanitarian efforts and missionaries in Egbe for years, helping with projects like:

• Hospitals
• Nursing school
• New runway construction

The NCAA approved Banyan as a Nigerian AMO after reviewing the company’s operations for full compliance with the area’s civil aviation regulations, including aspects like:

• Operations manuals
• Safety management systems
• Training programs
• Quality procedures
• Technical data

Banyan Air Service already has approvals from:

• United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145
• EASA
• Argentina
• Aruba
• The Bahamas
• Brazil
• Colombia
• Mexico
