Epic Aircraft recently announced that the E1000 AX has been granted type certification by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

This certification authorizes the E1000 AX to be sold and to operate across Europe.

The E1000 AX aircraft has features like:

• 1,177-pound payload
• 333-knot maximum cruise speed
• 4,000-feet-per-minute climb rate
• 1,560-nautical-mile range
• 34,000-foot maximum altitude

Epic has also named Airlink Salzburg as its first Authorized Service Center and designated Personalized Flight Training & Examinations as its European Flight Training Organization, which will together offer:

• Factory-authorized maintenance
• Technical support
• Pilot training
