Elliott Aviation has announced the start of a Starlink in-flight connectivity installation on a Gulfstream G450 at its facility in Atlanta (PDK) and on a Challenger 300 at its headquarters in Moline, IL (MLI).

This marks Elliott Aviation’s seventh and eighth Starlink, following successful installations on a Challenger 604, King Air 350 and several Citation 560XL series aircraft. The company has sold 20 systems to date.

The high-speed, low-latency service from Starlink brings in-flight internet to business jet passengers and crews, enabling full-streaming video, VPN access, large file transfers, video calls and more without interruption at altitude or over remote regions.

“Starlink is a game-changer for business aviation connectivity,” said Bill Forbes, senior vice president of Avionics and Business Development at Elliott Aviation, “It delivers the kind of speed, reliability and global coverage that passengers expect from their service on the ground.”

Forbes added, “With multiple successful installations already completed across a wide range of airframes, we’re proud to offer this capability to operators looking to modernize their in-flight experience.”

Starlink delivers up to 220 Mbps download speeds and latency as low as 25 milliseconds. Starlink’s global satellite network enables coverage even on transcontinental routes.

Elliott Aviation offers Starlink installations at all its locations: Atlanta, GA (PDK), Des Moines, IA (DSM), Minneapolis, MN (FCM) and Moline, IL (MLI).
