The expansion follows Menzies Aviation Malaysia’s ground handling license award in November 2024 and the launch of ramp operations at KUL in January 2025.
The disruption began Sept. 26 as heavy flooding across Bangkok made it difficult or impossible for many Thai Airways ground handling employees to report for duty.
