Print Article Submissions

Article submissions for our print magazines must be 1,200-2,000 words with 3-5 high-resolution images to support the content. You must include a listed author, brief bio graf (three sentences max) and a headshot. The content must focus on thought leadership and best practices. The article can’t be self-promotional and remain as brand-neutral as possible.

All writers need to sign a writer’s agreement in order to be published. The agreement will be furnished when the piece is sent to the editors.

We consider all articles that are relevant to our audience, but all articles are subject to space restrictions, so we make no guarantee of the item making the print edition. Anything that doesn’t make the print issue will still be shared online.

Print submissions also run as the featured item in our daily newsletters. We will also share them via our social media channels. You’re free to share these articles as well as long as AviationPros is credited and it’s linked back to the article on our website.

All pitches for article submissions can be made to one of our editors who can assist you in reaching your particular audience.
