Zurich / Switzerland, October 07, 2011 – Jet Aviation launches new mobile application (app) to provide FBO pre-arrival form and other services by smartphone or tablet.

The FBO app provides a faster and richer customer experience by facilitating aircraft handling procedures and making local information readily available from anywhere, at anytime.

Once downloaded to the mobile device, Jet Aviation’s FBO app provides access to the company’s FBO locations and services at the touch of a finger. Customers can create a profile and complete pre-arrival forms in advance. They can also view location maps, airport diagrams, frequencies and weather updates, and contact the FBO directly via phone or email. Pilots can use the “My Concierge” section to request travel assistance beyond the aircraft.

“The FBO app and pre-arrival form gives our global mobile customers quick, simple and direct access to important information,” says Heinz Aebi, senior vice president group marketing and communications for Jet Aviation. “By avoiding the time-consuming download and completion of location-based forms, Jet Aviation’s FBO app is a customer-tailored service, personalized to perfection.”
