Embraer Refers CAMP as the Maintenance Tracking Provider for its Executive Jet Customers
Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, October 9, 2011 – Embraer Executive Jets and CAMP Systems International announced, today, that they have signed a long-term agreement whereby Embraer will exclusively refer CAMP to its executive jet customers as the maintenance tracking service provider, in substitution of the existing Embraer Maintenance Tracking and Planning Service (EMTPS).
According to the terms of the agreement, CAMP services will be available under direct contract to the entire in-service fleet of Embraer business aircraft, including those existing EMTPS customers who now may select CAMP. In addition, all new production and all in-service Embraer aircraft will be entitled to a free year of CAMP maintenance tracking services.
“We are pleased to refer CAMP as the provider of maintenance tracking services,” said Edson Carlos Mallaco, Vice President, Customer Support and Services, Embraer Executive Jets. “CAMP is a renowned company, and will provide our customers with the latest technology and high quality service levels.”
The CAMP system will integrate with Embraer’s AHEAD (Aircraft Health and Analysis Diagnosis) and the Company’s worldwide service center network. With the combined efforts of dedicated CAMP analysts assigned to each aircraft, their regional representatives and Embraer’s international team of field support representatives, customers will benefit from a best-in-class maintenance support system for their jets.
“CAMP is committed to providing Embraer customers with the tools and services that they need to effectively manage their aircraft. We look forward to a long-term relationship with both Embraer and the owners and operators of Embraer aircraft,” said Ken Gray, CEO of CAMP Systems.
CAMP representatives will be available to introduce Embraer customers to CAMP maintenance tracking services at this year’s National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) show, in Las Vegas (CAMP booth 1721). Embraer’s customer support representatives will be at booths 5132, in the Convention Center, and 23, at the static display.
