People News: Elliott Aviation Names Daniel Ball Interiors Manager
MOLINE, Ill., May 3, 2006 -- Elliott Aviation today announced that Daniel Ball has joined the Moline, Ill.-based aviation services company as interiors manager. Ball, 47, will oversee all interior completion and refurbishment projects at the company's Completion Center at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI).
Mr. Ball has nearly 30 years' experience in aircraft interior completions and joins Elliott Aviation from Bombardier Aerospace in Tucson, Ariz., where he was responsible for overseeing interiors installations in Challenger 300 and Global Express aircraft. He began his career as owner and general manager of his own custom interior furnishing company in Savannah, Ga., before joining Gulfstream Aerospace, where he worked for more than 15 years. He is married and has three daughters and one granddaughter.
