Stéphane Burton Appointed General Counsel of Sabena Technics Group

Sabena technics is reinforcing its corporate governance with the appointment of Stephane Burton as General Counsel within the group’s Executive Committee.

Sabena technics is reinforcing its corporate governance with the appointment of Stéphane Burton as General Counsel within the group’s Executive Committee. He will assist the CEO in the coordination of statutory affairs and group matters and will manage the human resources of all Group entities. Specialist in labor and social and economic law, Stéphane Burton has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1997. Between 1997 and 2006, he worked for international law firms, notably Stibbe and NautaDutilh in Belgium and Gleiss Lutz in Germany. He has been working with TAT Group since 2004 on a number of key projects, including TAT Industries’ purchase of Sabena technics in 2005 and the acquisition of part of Sogerma’s business activities, which led, end of 2006, to the creation of Sogerma services, a new TAT Group subsidiary, in Bordeaux. Stéphane Burton will report directly to the CEO, Christophe Bernardini. He will assist the latter in the coordination of the group’s statutory affairs and other group operations. As well as his stated duties, he will manage the group’s human resources.
