United Turbine Receives Approval From Pratt & Whitney for its PT6A Turbine Engine Dynamometer Test Cell

United Turbine Corp. has announced that Pratt & Whitney Canada has approved its PT6A turbine engine dynamometer test cell.This test cell has met all factory correlated test criteria, directly traceable to the baseline test data. The test cell is powered to 1,450 SHP and located inside its 33,000-square-foot facility minutes from Miami International Airport.

United Turbine was founded in 1991 and operates as an FAA approved and JAA recognized overhaul facility, specializing in the repair and overhaul of PT6A and PT6T engines.
