AERO Friedrichshafen Exhibits at ICARUS Expo 2008 in Athens
Friedrichshafen, Germany – AERO Friedrichshafen is exhibiting at the ICARUS Expo 2008, which takes place from 13 to 15 June 2008 in conjunction with the 24th IAOPA World Assembly 2008 in Athens. The international aviation exhibition AERO is stepping up its activities to offer an even more comprehensive and international meeting place for the general aviation industry. This has prompted AERO – as previously reported – to opt for an annual format starting in 2009.
Along with these plans for growth, the air show intends to further enhance relations with key international organizations like the IAOPA and boost general aviation throughout Europe. To help achieve these objectives, AERO is participating as an exhibitor in ICARUS 2008, which will be held for the first time this year as a platform for general aviation in southern and southeastern Europe.
AERO is inviting its exhibitors to join the air show at a joint stand for this debut. The 24th World Assembly of the IAOPA is the most important general aviation event in Europe in 2008. Delegates from over 60 countries will meet in Athens to discuss the future of general aviation. Experts on air space, safety, user fees, environmental issues, airports and other important topics that concern general aviation in Europe will provide information and talk about opportunities for the aviation industry.
