CD Aviation Services Introduces New Customer Service Program

Neosho, Missouri – CD Aviation Services (CDAS), an industry-leading turbine engine maintenance facility, introduced its new customer service program, SilverSky, which provides customers with unique and innovative ways to track and follow the maintenance of their turbine engine and APU engine from start to finish.

In addition to the customary telephone-based customer service and support offered by CD Aviation Services, SilverSky provides a web-based tracking program that furnishes customers with a full spectrum view of their current and past engine maintenance events, the capability of tracking the progress of their engine at anytime, as well as comprehensive receiving and teardown reports, including pictures.

In making the announcement, Doug Wright, CFO, commented, “We wanted to create a customer support program that would promote the core element of our company’s mission, which is to create value by providing the highest standards of quality, service and integrity. By expanding our capabilities through the implementation of SilverSky, we believe that we are accomplishing our goals of bringing the best support and service to our customers.”

CD Aviation Services is a Honeywell Authorized Service Center that performs maintenance on the Honeywell TPE331-1 thru TPE331-12 series and TFE731-2 thru TFE731-60 series aircraft engines, as well as GTCP 30 & 36 series and RE 100 & 220 series APU engines. These Honeywell engines and APU’s can be found on such aircraft as the Fairchild Metro/Merlin, Commander, Dornier 228, Jetstream, Beech, Mitsubishi, Casa, Lear, Challenger, Cessna, Dassault, Gulfstream and Sabreliner. With locations in Neosho, Missouri and Calgary, Alberta Canada, as well as European Technical and Customer Support based in Sweden, CDAS is able to provide economical maintenance solutions to a large geographical area through its facilities and field service team.
